Info for presenters
Oral presentation
This information is for authors whose abstract has been accepted for 'oral presentation' in a scientific session.
You can, but are not obliged, to use slides as visual aid for your talk. To be sure IT is working as intended throughout the conference, we only allow for Microsoft Powerpoint as presentation software in all scientific sessions.
When designing your presentation, please make sure to plan for a presentation time of 10-12 minutes. Every presenter should receive the same attention during SCORAI Europe 2025, which is why we will actively manage session timing. (We recommend not to have too many slides and not to have too much information per slide in order for your slide show to not distract your audience from you.)
All in-person presenters at SCORAI Europe 2025 must submitted their slide show to the conference before the start of your session! (ATTENTION, online participants do not have to upload their slides; they will share their slide show from their own device through Zoom.)
In-person participants can submit their slide show in two ways:
1) You log into your ConfTool account and click on 'Your Submissions'. You will see the option 'Final Upload' next to your submission. Click on it, then upload your Powerpoint presentation file. (Deadline for uploads through ConfTool is April 6th.)
or
2) Bring your presentation to the conference on your own device. At the conference venue, there is an 'upload station' in the common area where you can connect your device and upload your presentation to the conference cloud.
Personal devices cannot be used during the scientific sessions for presentations!
If you have any questions regarding this process, please get in touch with us at scorai2025 [at] iiiee [dot] lu [dot] se (scorai2025[at]iiiee[dot]lu[dot]se)
Poster presentation
This information is for authors whose abstract has been accepted for 'poster presentation' in the poster session.
Your poster should have the formatA0 (118 x 84 cm) in vertical/portrait orientation. To support you in designing your poster, we have created a poster template which you can download below. (You are not obliged to use this template, and might instead choose another poster design.)
You have two options to print and deliver your poster to the conference:
1) You take care of printing your poster in the right format and of decent quality and hand it over to our support staff at registration. Your poster will be taken care of and ready for you to present in the poster session.
or
2) You choose to print your poster through the conference organizers at Lund University's Media Print. The cost for a poster is SEK 500. We arrange for the printing and delivery, and your poster will be ready for you to present in the poster session. This option requires for you to a) inform us about your choice by e-mail to scorai2025 [at] iiiee [dot] lu [dot] se (scorai2025[at]iiiee[dot]lu[dot]se), b) upload your poster as Powerpoint file or PDF to ConfTool, and c) pay the printing fee.
To upload your poster, log into your ConfTool account and click on 'Your Submissions'. You will see the option 'Final Upload' next to your submission. Click on it, then upload your file.
To pay for your poster, we will add a charge of SEK 500 to your ConfTool account. You can then pay by credit card or bank transfer (in the same way you paid for your conference ticket).
Deadline for upload and payment through ConfTool is March 31st.

Workshops
This information is for workshop organizers/presenters.
Workshops at SCORAI Europe 2025 do not follow the same strict format as scientific sessions or the poster session. Organizers are free to use the tools they prefer. Preferably, you rely on your personal devices to present visual and other material. (Workshop rooms are equipped with beamers and speakers to which personal devices can be connected.)
In case you have special requirements for your workshop, please get in touch with us at scorai2025 [at] iiiee [dot] lu [dot] se (scorai2025[at]iiiee[dot]lu[dot]se)
